I’m a big fan of the James Bond series of films. Some friends and I have recently started rewatching the series from the beginning. Therefore, I thought it might be a good time to share my thoughts on each film as I watch it.
Looking at the series overall, I should point out that I think every film is, at the very least, watchable. Even the weakest of entries have something worthwhile to justify the time you invest in watching them. But the simple fact of the matter is that some films are better than others. With this in mind, I will be using the following rating system.
Sublime. The series at its best.
Solid. a good movie experience.
Sure, I guess. It’s okay, but there’s better.
Only of interest if you wanna brag that you’ve seen every Bond film.
Please note that these reviews will be full of spoilers so if you haven’t seen a particular one and plan on someday watching it, you might not wanna read on. And, of course, the reviews are my personal opinion and if you disagree with it, that’s fine. I hope you’ll at least click on the link to the review to see why I feel the way I feel about the film.
